CORK USE & CARE: Our Ensemble collection cork trays are made in Portugal from 100% natural cork. Keep your pieces as new with only two tips: for daily cleaning we recommend you use a damp cloth to remove impurities; when necessary you may use a cloth moistened with water and mild. soap. Store protected from sunlight, moisture, and heat sources. Avoid strong alkalis (dissolves cork). Although food contact safe, to avoid smoke smell, and taste transfer, do not place food directly.

The form-fitting oak wood board (available as a single item) also works as a lid to pop on Ensemble rectangular baker and bread box.

Our wood boards are handcrafted in Portugal of premium quality European oak. All pieces are coated with food-safe oil. Natural variations in the wood’s tone and grain make each piece unique. Handwashing is highly recommended. Wipe the wood pieces with a damp cloth. Do not soak. You can use mild dish detergent when necessary. To maintain the original qualities of all pieces, occasionally rub them with food-safe mineral oil. Use the boards for dry food only.
